iPad 2 any use to anybody?

With It being a 32 bit device and Apple not accepting apps unless they are 64 bit is it now completely defunct?

Mains failure

Apple may in general use better designs. But (for better or worse) they are not the standard that everyone else uses.

Backup, backup!

A few weeks ago, someone at work needed to download some files from a customer that had them stored on icloud or some Apple file sharing something or other, and the firewall was blocking it so I had to figure out how to unblock it.

groundhog problems

Use a big havafhart and bait with apple pieces with a trail of pieces near where they make their way to the garden. Sometimes they or something else has learned how to eat the apple without getting trapped. Twice this year I got a groundhog in an unbaited trap.

Not so smart phone user

How long is an Apple phone charger lead? If it's 1m, I can see him pulling on it and causing the extension to pull off the side of the bath into the water.

Cuttoffs for grilling?

I grill with whatever is laying around, but usually oak or apple. I have a Webber gas grill and just toss a cut off in right before I toss on the meat. Greg
