Got a decent used tool store or pawn shop near you? they will often have a bin of odd sized wrenches you can dig through for $.50 or $1.00 each.

This Is A Boring Newsgroup

Actually, I had a boring day in the shop today. Drilled over 140 holes in a wooden post using my drill press. Now wouldn't you call this a boring post?

Garage Workshop Heating

Putting a 85,000 btu furnace in a 16x24 shop would not be a proper install! A 30,000 btu would be over kill, unless the walls were made of screen. Greg

Go to your local garden shop and buy one of the lifelike models of a hawk and put it up near the chimney and the birds will not come back...

welding mask

I managed to find one for 69 pounds a while ago, shop around and look for special offers. An auto helmet makes a *huge* difference to the ease of welding.
