I went to a coffee shop called 'St Mocha' yesterday with a mate. He announced he had never heard of St Mocha. I don't think he was joking either :-)
Someone else took them yonks ago, died and his house was cleared out and I found them in a junk shop quite recently.

You could get the Grizzly 1023S cabinet saw (3 HP) for $825 and sell me its Shop Fox fence and rails for $100. That'd get you down to $700ish... :-)
My Makita's work really well for pawn shop tools. Milwalkee makes a good sawzall...
