Good that you could do it, but to pay a shop to do that kind of work it would cost more than a new frame.
Is there a welding/fabrication shop near you ? If you lived near me I could fix you up ... but you'd have to paint it yourself .

Don't know about metric but it is non-standard -- at least it's not compatible with anything else in my shop. Otherwise the vacuum is great.
You charge people for work in your shop based on purchase price of the lumber, then go out and get replacement stock? You're a saint.
Sounds like it is time to either adjust your planer or its tables or shop for a new planer. -John
My Forrest blades vacuum the shop, do the laundry, and walk on water, so I can't see why they can't flatten boards. Your's don't? Barry
Its that thing attached to the blade guard that's stored in an inaccessible corner of the shop.
