Returned Comfort Furnace

I thought about getting one for my shop. It don't have to heat it to 72 degrees, but 55 degrees would be fine. I would only use it at most a few hours a day. My shop is insulated well, but it is 1200 sq. ft. Hank

Woodstock Ont Ca Welcome To Hell

My mother opened a shop downtown Woodstock Ont Ca. this year and said; living here is like living in hell. The religious groups are out of control, they steal, harass and gossip about all the shop keepers downtown, they find excuses to rip you off and believe each others lies.

Jet shop filter ok to run without filters?

My shop is actually a large room in the house, so I guess I'd be drawing replacement air from the great room, which is a lot cooled than the shop.. mac Please remove splinters before emailing

Dust collection piping sticker shock

My system has the DC in the corner of the shop, with runs to the lathe and bandsaw.. Since my shop is 18 x 22', I'm guessing that I'm closer to the DC than Leon is.. I do use a "muffler" from PSI, which is a big improvement... mac Please remove splinters before emailing

Safe way to carry dust remote

Most shop aprons have lots of pockets, I hate to admit it, but I have never washed my shop apron.

high school projects?

My shop class it was student chosen but directed by the teacher. I got directed to choose a bookcase and my aged parents finally parted with it some thirty years later. They had good things to say about the school and about the shop teacher. Good luck on keeping your classes going.

First aid wake-up call

One of the reasons those blue, disposable shop towels are always on hand/in the dispenser, and handy. Add in a wife who absentmindedly locks the back door while you're in the shop (the other point of egress is the driveway gate, always locked) ...

Is there a place in the shop for an abacus? I just got a new one for the house and thought I could use the old one out in the shop. What abacus software do you like to run? Is it worth the three sheckles to buy one of those unit conversion programs? Twinkle

Harbor Freight (arrogance)

Generally he booked the most hours in the shop. Getting paid for booked hours, versus time at the shop are totally different.
