My grocery has a butcher shop, and will make custom cuts on request. I get USDA Prime beef at Costco.
I want a shop like that. Where all the tools do the work. I wonder if they require much supervision? ;)

I have Crown in the shop. More often I bring VO to the camp, mainly for the other folk. Sonny
