Solar Panels . . .

Redoing the costs today will be different from my 2022 calc. Obviously your site will be different so you'd need to do the solar calcs for that as well. For a DIY install you don't get an export tariff, so you'd have to consume the energy locally.

Resistors

An change in attitude obviously straight from the lips of a marketing asshole that makes it even less likely I'll ever visit them again. Previously it was such policies that marked them apart as a company that did give a s*it about customer service.

Anyone use Ichthammol ointment for removing slinter / sliver?

If you've got swelling and aren't seeing the splinter, it may be time to suck it up and visit a doctor. (No, I don't make that statement lightly, I resist with every ounce of my being having to visit a doc, but sometimes you just gotta do it)

Anyone into 3D printing?

I live actually over in the North East but have to visit Manchester fairly often although not usually on a Wednesday :( There seems to be a Hackspace in Newcastle which I also visit fairly often but again not usually on Wednesdays (but it is a bit nearer).

12.99 battery drills in rober dyas

Each time I visit a building site - and I visit quite a few in connection with my work - I look out for them. Still looking. Of course they're all in London where perhaps the tradesman have more sense than those he says he works with.

OT: help needing in getting help to cope with a mentally ill person

This makes it difficult for family to visit. Sometimes family do not want to visit. When on the wings I have some good chats and banter with the prisoners.
