Unless you're comfortable working around high voltages, you should take it to a repair shop.
Use your Shop-Vac. Like any good Do-It-Yourselfer.

I buy all my leads for everything from the Pound Shop. Never had any problems.
your local repair shop has them and you might be able to find them online.
see a muffler shop where they bend pipe custom making the pipes for each vehicle
