Attach/glue wood to concrete?

Contact the laminate floor company/web site. Maybe a local shop.

Shellac tinting

I really don't know; I've seen it in various catalogs but not in the only local woodworking shop. Woodcraft carries it on their web site so perhaps they have it in their retail stores.

Re: News.individual.net, bad news if you're not german

My reading of the HMRC site was that this is the purpose of the 'mini one stop shop' - you pay HMRC and they pass it on to the relevant national equivalent.

Re: Is there a machine to paint trim/baseboard ?

So what do you do about all the crap that settles on your fresh site finish? snippage... OK, but I stand by my earlier statement that a shop finish is not a substandard. UA100

Shop storeage question

Handy for the guy that moves to a job site often, but in the shop, a PITA to put things back.

2nd floor woodshop - Opinions, thoughts ?

If the garage is big enough to accommodate your shop and her car it should be big enough to share her car, wood storage, and a final glue up/assembly/finishing area and, with the use of KD benches, maybe even your car when you aren't actively gluing up and finishing.

Home Depot politics

I, personally, don't have the time nor inclination to delve into the political leanings of the owners of every chain or franchise that I might shop at. I also question posted opinions that tend to be one-sided.
