I have a $100 garage shop. Tools cost $100. (I splurged on the plainer. but it has paid for itself manby times over) Double car garage. (we have a storage shed for the garden toys) That's my so called shop.
I don't think so, talking to the repair shop since last post I found out that Baldor is going to do is give them a good motor of their own. The repair shop is working it out with Armstrong Pump to provide another motor.
My personal favorite came from my tool dealer who tells the story about the pro cabinet shop guys who bought a new Freud three wing panel raiser and took her to the shop for a quick "test run". The guy got distracted during the bit installation and failed to lock her down.
I stain what I term as small items, up to half a sheet of plywood, in my shop with a non vented propane heater. there is not enough solvent in the air for an ignition.

When I rented space in a cabinet shop where I could only use the space on off hours, the regular day shift guys (who I got to know pretty well) somehow seemd to always visit my utility belt and "borrow" stuff.
