sticking the white disc on top of my Bristan tap back on

I then went to the plumbing shop where we bought the taps and they got ordered them from Bristan (free). However they came glued to a metal bit which I have removed but now need to attach the disc to the tap.

Jigsaw recommendation?

Shop around, I just bought a Bosch top handle and the regular price was $135. I got it during Tool Crib's sale for another10% off, plus a couple of Wolfcraft clamps thrown in the deal. They still may have the free clamps available. They had some in stock a week ago. Give them a call.

Walker-turner bandsaw

Then go to a local machine shop, most larger comercial bandsaws have a built in blade welder that will weld the blade back together. It only takes a few seconds and I am sure they will do it for free if they are decent.

Anti-fatigue mats

I decided that it would make a decent cover for my shop floor. It was free. It works great aside from the fact that it is hard to locate a small screw dropped on the floor. Dick

Sliding Miter Saw Table

Currently the top collects junk and the drawer storage doesn't justify the floor space in my shop so I've been emptying it for sale. Move the CMS to the roll around cabinet top ... free up the 5' bench top it now occupies and add fold down 'wings' for the occasional long boards

Quick question about letting a property

My wife's aunt (who is in a home now) is keen for her property to be let as a charity shop (rent free). The wiring is in a dangerous state (original old rubber stuff). Would I be right in assuming that the wiring would have to be made safe first? Tim

Home Depot's pathetic web site

Thought maybe HD might have something a bit different so went to their web site, typed in molding and came up with nada. Later I went to HD for some shop lights and checked to see if the store carried any moldings...sure enough, they had lots of them. But not on the web site.

How to quiet a home generator?

So in other words, a few years ago when I was working on a car, in a closed shop, exhaust hose attached, but unaware of a hole in the exhaust, I should have known sooner I was poisoning myself?? I realized that I was feeling faint and headed out the door.
