We're considering a home in GA and want a shop with toilet/sink but there is a drainage ditch between where shop would go and current home septic system. Possibly can't bridge the ditch for septic so new system MIGHT be a solution. Ballpark cost?
Are you planning to move to a commercial shop someday? It sounds like it is more trouble than you need for a home shop welder. My advice is to sell it and get something suitable for your situation.
I'veheard of using a Shop Vac with the nozzle a coupl einches from a yellow jacket nest. Eventually you get em all int he shop vac. I'm not sure what you do then. Some days I wonder how to wrap up these wondeful plans.

Normally replacement glass can be made up for you by a local shop. Small towns may not have such a shop, but most larger cities will have them. They can do a lot of custom work to reproduce the glass in almost any existing window.
