Miniature Framing Square?

I work in a metal shop and could LASER Cut you one if you like. I make some for the shop 1.5x3 or any size you want....Brian (Don't have any here I think but will look in the shop later and snap a pic and post to ABPW)

air tank in lieu of a compressor

So now I do not have to haul my heavy 220 volt shop compressor all over the place, just use it to charge my tank at the shop before going off site . If I am off site and need more air I can recharge the tank at a local gas station .

Vacuums & Noise

It's reasonably quiet for a shop vac. I've owned Shop Vac's in the past and ended up mothballing them due to the ear shattering noise. On a subjective basis I'd say the old Shop Vac was about 25 times louder than the Fein. Dave

No Space For A Workshop...

The owner of a local Woodcraft, and woodworking school, has a shop in his condo. The condo shop has ONE power tool, a 14" Delta bandsaw. The rest of the shop is a good quality bench w/ vises and hand tools.

lead framed window glass

I will find a local stained glass restoration shop and proceed fro there. However, it is also a hassle to take down the whole window to a shop And, as Rob Morley says, the shop may want to relead the whole pane.

garage light

The stupid little pins on the 4's are a PITA. The fixtures tend to be junk compared to the more expensive 8's as well. Yes, the 8's cost more for the tubes, but they last many times longer than the 4's and cost less in the long run.

It is your shop and your hobby. The only thing that you should be building is shop stuff like jigs, fixtures and shop cabinets. Sheeeesh - what were you thinking.
