hi, need advise about a gloworm spacesaver boiler thats 12years old and just started to become very noiesy when working.i'm wonder if it lime or that the boiler is to old any help would be apperated

It could be scale, but only if the system is knackered in some way, such as pumping over causing the overflow to operate, or a leak in the system. Otherwise, no new water is coming into the system, so no scale can form. Any calcium in the water would have long since disappeared.

The problem could be a slow pump. It could be many things, really. You don't describe the noise.

Christian.

Vent the baseboad first to remove air.
