Most often the tank does not refill. You have to depress handle wait for the tank to fill then flush it. It usually does not flush the bowl very well either, leaves debris in the bowl. What is wrong and how do I fix it?
I have an American Standard toilet with an acuator. This toilet does not flush well at all.
