Hand held, DeWalt style DW890. Looks like a drill with a pair of scissors sticking out of them. Can be #DW892, which cuts thicker, and has a swivel head. Must be operational and in decent shape. Can be Milwaukee, Makita, or brand name.

Steve, the originator of these is Kett. You might look at Ebay/Craigslist in your area. They are made electric and pneumatic. You might actually like the nibbler better if you are doing shapes and curves. That's what I tend to leave on mine, though it is a quick change. Straight cuts with steel cutting circular saw seem easier.
