What do you expect to happen to the quality of the products if the buy out is completed? TB

Probably better than if the Chinese bought them. Whirlpool has some decent products and brands. While most every brand h as been cheapened over the years, they have kept the higher quality ones like Kitchen Aid closer to the top as they always have been. Relatively speaking, of course.

Whirlpool and Roper is the only brand that have some respect to quality and if Maytag is bought out by Whirlpool. i would think their quality would stay the same or get better.
