Just in case anyone hasn't heard yet, Sears seems to be running a special on major appliance repair that is offered to some people when you speak to a live person. For a flat rate, you get up to 500 in repairs, regardless of what happened to the machine, and the policy covers the machine for a year after that. And if the repair is over
500, they give you a 500 credit toward a new machine if you don't want to pay the overage. You really can't lose.Rex
