I have a covered patio that was hot mopped and covered with a rolled composite about 3 years ago. i noticed the other day that a bubble about
10"x12" had popped up. the guy tyhat did the job hasn't called me back. can someone tell me if it's common for a rolled roof to do this? thanks.
