repairing brick facing

We own a 100 year old rowhome in the historic district of town.

The front of the house has brick facing. There are some spots where the facing has cracked, and has lost a brick or two.

Is there a way to repair this?

Yes. However, there are seveal groups that will be involved. "the historic district" means there will be a review board or preservation group. They may have rules and reviews. A forensic engineer or architect would be very very useful in finding out about the cracks, water intrusion, and the like. The underlying conditions and methods of repair can be complex and not limited to the brick. The building department will want drawings and specifications. Eventually, a mason contractor will do the work. TB
