You now posted this twice and still never said what the capacitor is connected to....
This is a useless posting.......
It depends on the capacitor and if you can disconnect it. Chances are if you have to ask, you don't have the equipment to test it.
Do tell us more, like where is it and why do you want to test it? Capacity and type of capacitor would help as well.
No, it's been posted twice and we don't know what the hell a capasitor IS.
