OT slightly History of the automobile industry

Henry Ford went belly up a couple of time. He would be nothing without the Dodge Brothers. Buick would be out of business if it was not saved by Walter P Chrysler.

If you know anything about the auto industry, you probably know tow things. Henry Ford was the genius that set the foundations of production/ Henry was also a prick.

He certainly wouldn't have been in court because of the Dodge Brothers. There are several ways to spin that case; one is a clear cut statement that a company has no other mandate than maximizing profits for the shareholders.
