OT? No in person classes

at some colleges this fall. Kids have leases they can't get out of and they won't have the same experience as actually being on campus. People are calling lawyers.

Maybe the best part of the article is the last sentence in this paragraph. "“Being able to meet up with friends, have those highly intellectual conversations, walking over to CVS and getting ice cream at 1 in the morning,” she said, ticking off the parts of education her daughter, a rising junior, has missed while working at home on her computer. “And let’s not forget just not being home with your mama, with her eyes on you.”

Here, University of Delaware lost about $46 million this year in refunded room and board for students when they went to online learning. I guess if someone rented outside the university they could be screwed.
