Well, they did have to put hands on him to cuff him and drag him away which would cause a transference of the paint to the officer's uniforms and body. Are you assuming that the taser sprayed the paint all over the officers?
Should have used aluminum paint. Now, that would have been interesting!

I've always thought the best defense against a Taser or pepper spray to be a clear umbrella. You want a clear one so it can be seen that you have no weapon. Some of the LEO's I know would shoot you anyway. Yep, he was holding an assault umbrella, it was open too.

He is a copycat. The same thing happened in PA a few months ago where the guy dumped a bucket of paint on himself and told the police it would protect him from the taser. You have to wonder where the original idea came from.
