I just got off the phone with a customer that got embezzled YET AGAIN!!! This time over 150K $$$ !!!!!
Message to all small business owners: if you are using Quickbooks, DO YOUR OWN $&#^ing books!!!!! DO NOT FARM IT OUT!
If you are farming it out to an employee, have a copy for yourself and double and triple check EVERYTHING. And let it be known you are. (Asking for help with it every so often will get around insulting an honest bookkeeper, if there a such a thing.)
