I would say unbelievable, but sadly today with silly libs, it's not. This means that a 120lb woman is legally drunk after one drink, a 160 lb guy, after just two. This turns everyday, decent, people who have a glass of wine with dinner into criminals. Meanwhile, the real death and destruction due to DWI is from people totally shitfaced, at .2+, etc. Given it's Utah, I would suspect this has as moron, err Mormon component.

Parts of Europe at 05, but Estonia is 02. I'd like to see more statistics but 0 is not so bad, IMO. There should be ways of getting the repeaters off the road as well as the very high content drivers.
Utah is not a good place to enjoy a bottle of wine with dinner. It has to hurt their business for no good reason.
Was there some point to that, f****it? NJ, like every other state except Utah, is still at .08 for DWI. Utah went to .05.
I am old enough to remember when DUI was legal. The bogie was 0.15 and they usually just sent you on your way if you could crawl back to the car. I was stopped in the early 70s, drunk, loaded shotgun, no shirt and a knife wound in my back. They just asked me if I needed an ambulance because I bled through the towel I had around me and I told him I will just rotate it around for a fresh spot. They had me unload my shotgun because none of them knew how, they gave me back the shotgun and told me to have that wound looked at and sent me on my way. Nobody asked me about the 25 rounds I had in the console.
Reminds me of the time I got pulled over for speeding on my Harley after having a few cocktails and I had two pistols in the bags.
