My house has Hard wood floors throughout the house except in the kitchen. Most of them look nice execpt in the bedrooms. anyways, is it possible to carpet the floors with out doing much damage to the hardwood floors. How would you recommend putting carpet down?

have a pro do it with tack strips and dont use foam padding use the fiber
And specifically tell them not to tack the padding, that you may want to go back to bare floor later.
