Howdy, I have decided to frame out my basement using metal studs. My question is regarding installing the upper track. Is there a preferred fastener to use to attach to the ceiling (actually floor) joists? Thanks in advance

I use 1 1/4" # 8 screws and shoot em in with my cordless drill. R
