kitchen appliance for remodel job

Looking for ideas on kitchen appliances:

  1. Under counter fridge that's quiet and spacious. I know, I know, these tend not to have much room but at least such a fridge would give more countertop.

  1. Cooktop that's efficient to operate using electricity

  2. Oven that's full size and electric.

Undecided whether to have cooktop/oven combined or separate. Uncertain if oven should be built in or free standing.

This would be for a small kitchen area.

An undercounter frige may only be as efficient as a large unit, shop by the Yellow energy tag. For most of the US Gas is cheaper than electric.

Strongly advise against this. If I were househunting, I would consider the lack of either a full-size fridge or a place to put one as a serious drawback, probably a deal-breaker.

All that bending over to get stuff will get rather tiring in a short time. I'd not have one myself. Try loading one and looking for a couple of ingrediets before you commit.

They all are. Electric ranges don't vary much in efficiencly.

Single units tend to be easiest to get to for service or replacement. Also make the best use of space.
