Just snaked a basement drain - so what IS this black stuff, anyway?

Anyone have an idea of the chemical composition of the thick black liquid that emerges when you snake a drain?

Smells like sulfur and also like dirt.

It's drain goop, decomposing crap emitting sulfur dioxide gas.

All the stuff that comes off your body and stagnates in the drain.

Last I checked, it was

Su3 Lf2 Er3 -Di Rt4. Not to be confused with NaCl, or NaHCO3, or any of the other household chemicals.
