infestation of mice, silverfish and bed bugs

Hi,



Recently I caught 5 mice (2 in one morning, whew!), and every morning I wake up I see new bitemarks on my body from what appear to be bedbugs. I also kill at least 2 silverfishes every day.



Can somebody take a look at photo

and positively identify the dead insect I found today as a bed bug? I am not 100% sure. My landlord - Capasso Realty who manage properties on Lexington St in Auburndale (Newton), MA have not been responsive. Given that what kind of remediation should I attempt with my limited skills and resources? Best regards, Joan

Pick up phone and call board of health. Unless infestation is due to your housekeeping habits, he will be ordered to remediate. I know rental costs are insane around there, but I'd say the hell with it and move, carefully sanitizing every object I carried out, and burn the bed and upholstered furniture. Life is too damn short, etc.
