help. tiny bugs on my couch

Tiny black or brown bugs about the width of a pencil eraser crawl on the wall, leather couch and wood table.

They may have come from grocery shopping bags when returning from the grocer.

I seek a natural remedy, not an insecicide.

I appreciate any assistance with this matter.
