In blue states, I suspect there will be lots of EVs reported stolen after their 4th birthday.
The ICE didn't kill any jobs for wagon drivers. People just converted from driving horse drawn wagons to engine powered wagons.
On the other hand, darned near ALL the horses lost their jobs.
The classic is the buggy whip manufacturers.
