Is there any problem running the dryer vent up the toilet vent pipe?

Everybody here seems to think that dryers suck instead of blow. And nobody ever heard of a back flow preventer.
Yeah, yeah, but ASIDE from these reasons...
what if you don't mind sewer gas?
