I'm taking down a half wall and replacing it with wood railing and iron bal usters. Drilled holes under the railing and squirted Liquid Nails up into t he holes. Inserted each iron baluster up into the hole and then dropped it straight down into the bottom hole. When i do this, there is Liquid Nail re sidue on the top of the baluster. They're powder coated, but heck of a time getting the residue off. Any suggestions?
