"Mass shootings are not new, as the seminar showed newsreel footage of shootings going back to the 1960s. Tester said the first school shooting was reportedly in 1907. But responses to them have changed. Now, the first police officer on the scene goes in solo ? increasing the average number of shooters stopped."
Unless you are in Broward County, that is.

Yeah, the first in officer was solo in the golf cart. Unacceptable.
