Com Ed as of Oct 1 is subsidising 1,000,000 40-60w CFLs until suplies go. HD, Menards, etc etc have the bulbs for 1$. I went to HD they are their store brand, Soft White, close to incandesant in color, [rated 1 by Popular Mechanics mag] and at Menards their brand. A great deal at One Dollar a bulb. Info at
