Hi. Need to put a sub panel in the basement. Run is from garage,over garage attic, down into basement and then a distance to where panel needs to go.
Between 70 to 100 feet.
Will just get panel, no breakers. What is reasonable fee for this?

$318.42 plus permit fees. Don't accept any bids higher or lower. Higher they're ripping you off, lower you're getting shoddy materials.
Of course, if you're not in Choctaw, Wyoming, you'll need to multiply that by a cost of living reference appropriate to your area. If you are in Choctaw, call Bob and he'll do it for you.

Pick reputable licensed electricians. If you get bids, you'll get a better idea of the cost. My guess is in the range $200 to $500. Personally, I'd do the runs to the sub panel and electrical outlets, and hire an electrician to inspect my work and only wire the panel.
