Model number above.. This is a gas dryer that has been pissing me off for some time..
Here is what is going on.. No heat .. Yes, the vent is clear and free.. What happens is the when the igniter lights the gas, the flame is not very intense, most flames I noticed on other dryers burn orangey whitish colour. My Amana burns blue without the intensity. I have replaced the coils, I replaced the igniter and I have replaced the thermostat. I get the click sound etc, the igniter heats up and poof, a little blue flame that goes out fairly quickly.
Anyone have any more ideas???
