a small 5 acre tract in the east texas has about 1/2 acre cleared, seems there's never any birds, even when a big bag of bird seed (like home depot sells) is put out, no birds show up to eat it,,,,,,there are dogs running loose, would that keep the birds away? (flocks of migrating birds can be seen flying by sometimes, but they don't land either)
