I have a new Goodman GSH1 heat pump and the reversing will not switch to heat mode through the Thermostat which is a Honeywell Pro 3210D Non-programmable thermostat. If I disconnect the wires (orange) at the out side unit it goes to heat mode no problem, so the valve is not stuck. I and another HVAC guy have gone over the wiring about 5 times and everything is connected correctly. I think it may be a bad or mis- matched thermostat (thermostat is new) So I am leaning toward being mis-matched even though the Goodman distributor sold me the entire setup. Anyone have similar problems or have a solution?
