Look under the mobile home and see where the water line enters the home. the water heater will be at that location. They are also most of the time close to the inside breaker panel. It could be anywhere, However, Most of them are in or near a bedroom. They are all inside a wall and should have some type of access panel at the location. If you have walk in closets a good place would be inside the closet and behind a wall. Look for a wall section that looks like it will acommandate a water heater. The heater is normally 30 gallon capacity, approx. 24" dia. and 30 to 36" in hight.
