Appears to be a Pyrus, probably Pyrus calleryana, aka Bradfor Pear.

Pryus sp. - probably calleryana.
Probably one of the callery flowering pear trees: Bradford, Redspire, Chanticleer, Aristrocrat, Stone Hill. See:
