Squash bugs

Hi All,

Time to reorder seeds.

Between this year and last year has anyone found a squash bug resistant zucchini?

Many thanks,

After considerable research, the answer is "no". I am just going to buy them from the store this season. They don't taste as good, but ...

i've mentioned Tromboncino squash before but they are not a bush or small plant as they will sprawl and climb.

i've not grown them myself yet, but i hope to this year. we'll see if i can get seeds and then find enough room for them. zukes have not ever been a priority here. so they may not really be worth it for me to grow or take up that much space.

as for how well they'll do in an arid environment with higher temperatures i can't say.

good luck! :)

They require a trellis. We have very high winds and it would blow over.

Maybe next year if you say you have good luck with them. And they don't taste like hell.
