Asphalt driveway. Want to extend beyong entrance to garage. Want to have kid's cars parked off of the street. When home was built, forced to accept a slanted side entrnace driveway into garage. Want to level this off as well.

Well, you better start with your Municipality. If your plan violates the percentage of open-space, you'll need a variance or to compromise and reduce your plan. Which, may need to be an architectural and engineered plan. After that most important fiasco, can you then hire any locally licensed driveway contractor to execute the approved plan with confirming inspections.
