Hi, I'm fed up with my cheap jigsaw & would like to buy a decent one.
I don't need a top of the range professional model since it's only for hobby use.
Any recommendations?

Bosch! If you can afford it get a 24volt cordless we use them at work and they never let us down. Sorry cant remember model numbers but any good diy place should stock them.
