Sorry to be OT but, I get the impression that there are a few landlords on this site. Could anybody recommend an insurance company/broker for Buy To Let Buildings insurance?

never claimed, but i've found endsleigh easy to deal with
I use Rentguard, available via the Residential Landlords Association:

or There's a discount available for RLA members; you don't have to be a member (but it may be worthwhile joining just for the discount).
