Is it possible to "seal" matt paint to make it more stain/scuff resistent? Just done a hall stairs and landing in a burnt orange matt emulsion, we had to use matt as the walls are pretty rough and even after 1200 lining paper it looked s**te with anything with a sheen to it. Looks fine with the matt emulsion but its not going to last so i need some advise on "sealing" it if its possible with some sort of matt varnish or similar,
