Cleaning paint off block

Anyone recommend something to get paint off blockpaving. Paint was spilt in the garage and unfortunately there was a bit walked onto the paving.It's masonry paint.

Building sand and a strong brush should do it, it acts as an abrasive,=20 wait till its totally dry though or it will just smear
