does anyone know a good online tutorial on how to do aerial / antenna points around the house, i need at least 4 to 5 more points

I don't know of a tutorial as such - installing the points is pretty trivial. The trickiest bit is working out what you are going to install. If you explain there what you are trying to achieve, you will get lots of advice on what to buy..

It will depend on whether you are trying just to distribute the signal from your aerial, or also distribute the output from your sky/dvd/vcr/hifi/radio/whatever and whether you want to be able to control those from just one place or everywhere.
